I'm having issues replacing images in Rise. I'm attempting to replace images using images that are on my desktop, however I continue to receive an "! error" message and it won't upload my image. This has happened in a couple of different courses I am working on over the last few weeks. Any thoughts on why this is happening are appreciated.
The first thing you can do is to make sure that the network you're connected to is properly configured to allow connections to Articulate's endpoints. Uploading and downloading of content won't have any issues as long as connections to these endpoints are properly configured.
If the issue is happening to only a specific set of images, please share a copy of the image files here or in private by opening a support case so we can test what's causing the upload to fail. We'll delete it when we're done!

When that happens to me I try resaving the images, even as a different format. Almost always works. Unless they are just way too large.
I did resave in another format, they still weren't uploading. I'll try to resize and see if that helps.
