Rise 360 not reporting 'failed' eLearings in Cornerstone

Hi All,

I am new to Cornerstone and importing SCORM 1.2 into the LMS. Currently users get two attempts to pass a quiz before moving to the final wrap-up slide. If teh user fails both attempts, the course gets stuck on the 'quiz failed' slide. From the cornerstone admin side we see the course is 'in progress' and we have to delete it and make a new assignment to reassign. 

I would like the LMS assignment to show as 'failed' if the user did not pass the quiz twice.
