We have Brightspace D2L as our LMS and we are trying to upload Rise 360 publishes and every time we try there is an error saying that the file is missing a manifest file. We've tested multiple publishing standard varieties with no success despite every one working flawlessly on SCORM Cloud.
Hi Jake! Thanks for testing the course in SCORM Cloud. If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly share your SCORM Cloud findings with Brightspace D2L to troubleshoot the issue.
Hi- I have the same issue- the SCORM course works fine on SCORM cloud, but when I upload to D2l I get the Missing Manifest file error message- did you ever work out what was wrong?
Hi Ginny! I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing the same issue. If your content works properly on SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, I would recommend opening a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue further.
