I understand it is not ideal to share your Rise 360 course via the web link for a long term period, that web hosting is ideal. However in the interim, if you share your course via web link to learners, how long will the link be available? Is there any expiry time frame on the link?
Hi Rebecca! The Share link will work for as long as you have access to Rise 360 with your Articulate ID. It doesn't expire until 6 months after your access ends (to cover for subscription lapses or other changes). I hope that helps!
Hello, I have a Rise link I used in an employee memo and users are saying they are getting a "Link has expired" notice when they click on it. My license is and has been active without breaks. All I did was change a URL link within the course a few days ago. Can you please advise as to why this is happening? Thank you!
It's the users that are reporting the issue and they don't have Articulate accounts. Just now, I copied and pasted the link into an Incognito window (so it was not associated with me) and I still get the expired error.
I would rather not share it as it is company confidential information. Also, I have already put a new URL link into the employee memo and it does indeed work now. Will you still be able to troubleshoot? Is there another way to troubleshoot? Thanks for your help!

Hi Shannon,
What happens if you copy the SHARE link for your course, and paste it into a browser window that is not connected to your Articulate account?
Thanks Karl,

Hi Shannon, will you be able to share the link here so we can troubleshoot your course? Thanks!
