Rise courses coming up blank

Is anyone else experiencing problems with Rise courses missing elements when publishing?

The courses will come up blank once they are published on our LMS. (We have successfully published Rise courses previously and these new courses have the exact same settings).

The error that I see in our LMS logs is:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /srv/courses/406/scormcontent/undefined (No such file or directory)

The error appears even when I publish one of the Articulate Rise "content" courses available on the Rise site. So, it is not isolated to a course that we have created.

I have submitted the case but have not received a response from Support.
