Rise H5P Course Presentation Iframe not loading

Good day, 

We have build many resources making use of the Multimedia - Embed block to embed Iframes from H5P hosted content. Recently 14/15 February 2024 suddenly the specific H5P Content Type Course Presentation suddenly when added doesn't render. 

It pops in if you interact with the Iframe Menu item but only until refresh and then doesn't render again. 

Has something changed in Rise? Could it perhaps be a defect? 

Steps to recreate:

• Have a course with a Unit and edit content
• Add new block and select Multimedia and then Embed
• Edit the embed content (Currently placeholder Vimeo) 
• Insert example Iframe and observe that only the Iframe menu renders not the content
