Rise module not rendering

I've created a Rise course, and at first everything worked great. We published and tested everything with no issues. We are now receiving feedback that one module within the course does not load. We can duplicate the error, but cannot identify what the problem is. Within Rise, the module functions fine. I have tried republishing and uploading to our LMS (Brightspace), but it still hasn't resolved. 

I did already try uploading the course to SCORM Cloud, but the package is too large for the trial account. 

Any advice/troubleshooting would be very much appreciated!
