Rise not loading

I am experiencing an issue this morning where Rise is refusing to load again. The server status says everything is good however, Rise will not populate any of my courses. Eventually, it populates this error.
Is anyone else experiencing this today?

Hi there, Jacob. I'm so sorry we missed you in E-Learning Heroes! We didn't have any downtime on January 6. It looks like you opened a case, which was the right move.
Let us know if you're still seeing issues loading Rise 360.
