Rise Settings for SAP SuccessFactors

Hello,

I have been working with a client for several weeks to troubleshoot and keep hitting walls.  I have 3 Rise courses and 3 exams that work well in our own LMS, and that of other clients, but this client kept getting error messages.  We figured out one issue, which was that our videos in the program had overly long file names, but even after switchin those out, they continue to get error messages.  They don't seem certain what the optimal settings would be for their LMS, either, so wondering if anyone has suggestions.

We tried SCORM 2004v3, now they are requesting SCORM 1.2.  Does anyone using SAP SuccessFactors know which is optimal?

For tracking purposes for the eLearning courses and exams, does anyone have insight into which settings track in this LMS? 

ie:

For eLearning lessons

complete/incomplete, or passed/incomplete

For exams

pass/fail, passed/incomplete, complete/incomplete, complete/failed

 

This has become very time consuming and no clear answers, so if anyone has experience with this particular LMS your insights would be most appreciated.
