We are very happy to use articulate Rise, but we are facing an issue with file sharing. One of our clients has an articulate Rise Teams license and they are unable to share the Rise source file with me because I have an individual license. While they are trying to send a copy this message occurred "This user does not have a Team account"

The message "This user does not have a Team account" will appear when trying to add someone with a personal Articulate account as a collaborator on a Teams account course.
