Is the output from a Rise tincan export supposed to include a "story.html" file? After uploading our Rise course using the Uncanny Owl Tin Canny content block plug-in we couldn't get the course to work in LearnDash until we changed the name of the "index.html" file to "story.html". (see image attached) In fact, when I previewed the course instead of executing the course it downloaded a "story.html" file which wasn't there. Any ideas?
Hi Bill, there shouldn't be any story.html files in Rise exports. I'd like to get one of our support engineers to take a look at your course. Would it be okay for you to share a copy of your course with us?
You can open up a case with us privately here and we'll help get you sorted out!
