Since Monday, I am not able to navigate some block type with NVDA (screen reader).

When I try to do an accessible course, with the NVDA screen reader, I am no longer able to read the question, select a block of text or the answer choices in the questions block (multiple choice/multiple response).
I also checked if the navigation procedures on the Rise site have changed, but I found no update for this.
So it is not possible to do the course if the 2 blocks in question are present. Also, the evaluation section is not touched.
Someone has the same problem?
Has there been an update made for this since Monday April 25, 2022?
