When I go to use the sorting activity on mobile (iPhone, safari), each time I select the card to drag to the right answer the screen immediately jumps up to a previous activity.
Does this happen to others? Any recommendations to fix?
First, thanks so much for including the video. I can clearly see that something isn't working correctly inside your course.
To narrow down the issue, I'd like you to test another sample course from your mobile device. This sample also contains a sorting block. Please open the link on your mobile device, and let me know if you see the issue in that course, too.
As a next step, let's test your course outside of the LMS environment.
Please go to your course inside of Rise 360, and copy the Share link (shown below). Open that link on your mobile device, and test the sorting activity. Please let me know how it goes!
Thanks, Kristopher! Since the interaction works correctly outside of your LMS, it sounds like the issue could be related to your LMS and not the course itself.
Would you mind sharing the SCORM export file with our team? We'd be happy to test it in another LMS environment. If that works for you, you can send it to us privately by clicking here.

Thanks for responding so quickly.
I did the test and there was no issue with the version that you prepared, however there is still the same problem with my course.
Thanks, Kristopher!

Hi again,
Tested as per your instruction and the interactivity worked as expected.
Any other ideas? Thanks again for your patience with this!

Hi Alyssa, I have sent it your way via the link you provided.
Thanks, Kristopher. I see you're already working with my teammate, Ji Yun. If you have any questions about what he sent you, please let us know!
