Storyline block, no audio

Hi,

I used a Storyline block to insert a module in Rise. It imported into the lesson, but I do not hear any of the narration from the Storyline module.

Is there a setting for this?

EDIT: Using Chrome by default. Tried Edge and IE, no audio. SL 360 version is 3.44.23192.0

The audio is not playing in Review 360 when published to there (therefore not working when inserted into Rise).

      Hi Julie! I replied to your comment in this thread as well; Please open a case with us so that a technical support engineer can work with you directly. You can also upload your Storyline file there too!
