Student course progress stuck and can't progress through the course

Hi
We have an issue occurring on the course tested in both Moodle and SCORM cloud and getting the same error. All participants progress is stuck on one quiz despite having completed other lessons. Participants completes the course lessons and exit the activity, when returning to the course, the progress isn't updated and only ends on that one particular quiz.
The screenshot below indicates that the participant is on Case 7 on the left side however, they last worked on Case 10. They are unable to proceed. 
The course is set up with restricted navigation.
Any idea on how to solve this problem?

Hi Info NBA! So sorry to hear that your learners get stuck when they get to a particular part of that course. Good to know that you've tested the course both in Moodle and SCORM Cloud and the behavior is the same.
Please open a case with us, so that one of our engineers can work with you one on one. You'll be asked to share your Rise course for testing and mention that you've also tested your course in SCORM Cloud.
