As a workaround, you may try copying the superscript symbol from the Character Map in Windows, then paste this to the Course Title, as shown in the quick animation below:
You may also try copying the superscript symbol from this site, and paste this to the Course Title. See if any of these 2 workarounds will work for you.
Lastly, the display of the superscript depends on your applied fonts as well, so you can try testing different fonts for your Rise course, see below:

Hi,
You can add the Registration mark, but I'm not aware of a way to superscript it as the text formatting toolbar is not enabled for Course Titles.
