Team Modules

Hi, 

We have a team and each of us is assigned to develop certain modules over a period of time, with no overlapping of time as we have 1 user seat (and we do not produce many modules). 

The seat is currently assigned to another team member and I was notified of an issue in one of my modules. Questions:

1. Can my team member access my module and rectify the issue without me being re-assigned as a user (and thereafter to re-assign the seat back to the team member)?

2. How can we ensure the organisation will have access and own all the modules rather than individually tagged to the seat/user so that the organisation will not suffer any loss of contents with any turnover of staff?
