This is a recurrent problem with Rise. Every time I want to use or replace an image from the content library - my images don't load and I only see thumbnails.
It's getting very difficult to make changes to images or even choosing one.
My google chrome browser is updated and I have the rise course open only in one window - is there anything else I need to do?

Your IT team needs to enable network endpoints as described in the link below, especially the ones related to the Content Library.
