Sometimes we need an update to our e-learning courses and we do it by replacing the scorm packages. Our issue is; if the user had started the course and somehow stopped studying it and before he/she starts studying again we update replace the scorm package, the user gets an blank screen when he/she wants to resume the e-learning course. This problem we have is valid for only the e-learning courses which contain quizzes at the end which are tracked by quiz passed/incomplete. We are using scorm 2004 4th edition in our LMS. Do you have any suggestions?
