Video file size limit in Rise 360?
What is the video size limit when adding video to a Rise 360 course? I'm looking to find a workaround alternative to linking from within the Rise to a video stored externally on an LMS. Wondering if including the video inside the Rise course might provide a smoother experience.

I cannot upload my video on RISE course which is 282 MB. Please help

Sorry to hear that you cannot upload your 282MB video to Rise. Are you getting a specific error?
Here are some steps that you can try:
- Make sure your browser is updated.
- Try to upload the video using other supported browsers. Please make sure the supported browser you are using is updated.
- Go Incognito (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.) and try to upload the video again.
