Video on Storyline 360 timeline does not play in Rise

I have a video on my SL timeline that I want to start playing when the timeline starts on the slide. It is located at the play head. The only trigger is for it to play when the media completes (so it loops).

It plays in "Preview" when the timeline starts. Unfortunately, when I publish to 360 and embed that same SL file in Rise, the video won't start playing until I click on the player/slide. 

Any idea why this is happening? Is this expected?

    Hi Mary! Storyline blocks do not autoplay in Rise. The learner has to click on it to start. I will add you to our feature request to Autoplay Storyline Blocks in Rise. We'll update this thread once we make changes that will help!
