there are so many issues and so many threads in which nothing happens for years. Why is the support so bad for Rise360 and so many things are not addressed? Also there ist hardly any progress in the elemtents and so on. Meanwhile every Website Building kit has a lot more feature than Articualte? Are even working any people on improve Rise360?
I actually feel the opposite. I am amazed that Articulate has given us a tool that can do so much with so little effort. I know there have been some things that have been repeatedly asked for (larger logo, folders) and are not yet in place. However, I have continually been impressed with the updated features that HAVE been provided (question banks, templates, reusable content). It would be nice to know what they are and aren't working towards implementing, but I assume that they are prioritizing according to requests and abilities.
