Stephanie Several of these are LIFE savers! I used the basic code for the notebook to create the template for a workbook. It captures the students name and email address at the beginning, then responses to prompts during each unit, and then at the end lets them submit via MS Form. This closed a HUGE gap that we hadn't been able to fill, even with an LMS. THANK YOU for laying the foundation!

Wow! This is awesome Travis. Thanks for sharing. The Microsoft forms solution is fantastic. I wouldn't have thought you could pop out of the sandboxed environment where the iframed code is, but it does work. I'd love to know how you did that. Cheers! Stephanie
