I used the “Add Code” option and customized everything (colors, questions, answers, intro text), but I couldn’t get the icons and sounds to work. I tried tweaking the URLs, but no luck so far.

If you could share the entire project file, that would be fantastic—I’d love to learn from your setup and reuse the correct codes/URLs for sounds and icons. I really appreciate your kindness—thank you so much!
