How can people edit my Rise content?
Can I give a user (my manager) permission to edit my Rise courses? Do I need to assign them an admin seat?
Thanks!

Hi Joey,
We're finishing up a feature in Rise that would allow you to collaborate on a course with another 360 Teams member, and it's slated to be available in Q1, so fairly soon! Once that's released it'll be available to you immediately in Rise, and we'll keep folks posted here in the ELH community about that release. We're also updating the Rise Version History page and the "What's New".

Another thing that would be helpful is a way to import a course from one Rise author to another Rise author irrespective if they are on the same team or not. For example, say someone gets a trial account and then says, hey I started building this course! Can I turn it over to you now so you can keep working on it?
Hi Will,
Great thought - we're still working on the Collaborators feature, but last I heard it was going to allow you to work on a Rise course with another Teams user - although it wouldn't have to be a member of your team.
The trial is not a Teams trial, but just an individual account, if that person chooses to get started with a 360 Teams account or needs to be added to an existing one their content will remain with the Articulate ID and then they'll be able to share it with you!

Hi
Has this been sorted yet? I need to be able to send a rise project for another member of our team to edit. How do I do this if there has been an update.
Thanks
Beckie
Hi Beckie,
If you used the "Send a copy" that would allow you to share it with someone else to edit it. But you'd each own an independent copy - so they'd have to share their copy back with you.

How do you use send a copy? I can't see that function.
Thanks
Beckie
Hi Beckie,
What browser are you using to author your Rise courses? You'll want to make sure it's one of the supported browsers here.
If you're using a supported browser you can click on those three dots to access that drop down list and chose "Send a copy".

Has this functionality came out? Would LOVE to be able to have my teammate be able to make direct edits rather than taking notes and sending the notes over!
Yes it has, Chad! Check out this article for all the details, then give it a try. Let us know if you have any questions about it!
