Escape Room
Hi DavidTait! If you don't mind me asking, how did you achieve the animation effect from room to room? It's so smooth! This is awesome; thanks for sharing it with us.

It was quite simple to achieve in the end.
In my screen grab you can see the main stage outlined by the red box. That's what you see on the screen.
The images of the rooms that are off to the sides of the stage become visible when you click one of the arrows. That triggers a motion path to create the animation.
When the animation has completed, there is a trigger that jumps to another layer, with the exact same setup for the part of the office that you're viewing (main image on stage, other images off stage).
I hope that helps, but please let me know if you'd like more info about anything.

DavidTait, that makes so much sense! I never would have thought of that; I'm going to give it a try! Thanks so much!

Really appreciate the simplicity/elegance of this approach.

Thanks, sometimes there's no need to overcomplicate things!

Thanks, but how do you make all of this so smooth when going back the other way? Do you have one layer per area and one animation per layer?

Yes, one layer per area and yes, each layer has its own animation.
