Oh wait. It seems that Rise is the platform used to present this course. I now see a trend that others have used it. How do I get that? I will try to google it.

Looks like I need Articulate 360 which I don't have yet. Is that true?

Thanks for leaving your nice feedback on this example. You're correct that Articulate Rise is the authoring platform used to create the example above. Rise is a web-based tool that lets you build your courses right inside your web browser, it's very easy to use, and your courses will be fully responsive and look beautiful on all devices.
You do need access to Articulate 360 to create Rise courses, but please feel free to give our free 60-day trial a go (You can download the trial here: https://360.articulate.com/).
