- Nice work Nicole. Like Michael, we too are looking at putting together an onboarding tool for new hires. Right now our new hires view a PowerPoint and I think this is a much better approach and more professional as well. I would really like to us this template to put something together to show our HR dept. Could you share it with me as well.
