For digital countdown timer, google 5 minute animated gif. Here is link: https://gfycat.com/gifs/search/5+minute+countdown
For clockwise rotating minutehand clock - I'm almost sure SL allows for that type of animation. If not, Powerpoint does.
The two items are cleverly juxtaposed to create illusion that they operate as a single unit.
