The avatar can sometimes take a couple of seconds to load, even on a fast connection. Did you try waiting for a moment or two?

Other than that I'm not sure why you don't see it. Is JavaScript etc all enabled in your browser?

Which browser and OS are you viewing on?

I am using Internet Explorer but also tried it with Chrome. Furthermore i waited a little bit, but maybe it is connected to security settings within our company. :(

    Ah okay. Maybe try viewing it on a personal device sometime to see if it works.

        That is strange. Maybe this is a good test for the technology to see if it is reliable enough to use.
