Talk to an Interactive Avatar in Articulate Storyline
In this demo I've added an interactive avatar from HeyGen in to Storyline via a Web Object.

unfortunately it didn't work for me and I can't see the avatar :(
It's the same for me... 😕 Probably a security issue on my end.
