Add "AI Instant Convert To" to multiple blocks in the "Manage blocks" view

It would be useful and save time to have an “AI Instant Convert To” option added to the Manage blocks view. The AI Convert function already exists for individual blocks, so this request simply expands the current feature to support multiple selected blocks.

Being able to convert several blocks at once using AI would make it much easier to update or restructure larger sections of a course into new formats — anything from an interactive process to a knowledge check — in a single step.

Adding this option to the Manage blocks view would create a more efficient workflow and help course authors work more quickly and consistently.
