Thank you for the feedback on the type of functionality you'd like to see in Storyline 360!
I'm happy to share that we are tracking a feature request to allow the seek-bar to be dragged backwards, while forward seeking remains restricted. I've included all of your voices in this request! We'll be sure to notify you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.

I agree with this request for an enhancement. Our learners have repeatedly expressed frustration at not being able to jump back even a few seconds to gain clarity on a content point. The content is technical and it's easy for them to miss a few words that then hinder their understanding of the remainder of a video.
