Allowing other media types in Accordians

Currently in accordians created in Rise, you only have the ability to upload an image within each item. This is limiting as I use these Accordians as steps and I would like to add a small video to each one. Currently I get around this with animated gif's, but the key issue with a gif is

• It cannot be started and stopped
• when set to loop only once, there is no way to refresh the accordian step to replay the animation, you have to wait for it to loop which on a 30 second Gif becomes annoying for the end user. 

Therefore, as in other areas in Rise, we need the ability to use an .mp4 wherever we wish to rather than just in image topic placeholders
