I can see how having a direct shortcut to Reach 360 from the desktop launcher would be helpful. I've shared your request with our product team!
In the meantime, the Windows OS does allow users to set their own desktop shortcuts. If you'd like, you can configure one specifically for Reach 360. Here's how:
- Right-click any empty space on your desktop.
- Select New > Shortcut.
- In the location field, enter the URL of your choosing.
- Click Next, then give the new shortcut a name.
- Click Finish.
