Create your own Block Library Option

In rise is it possible to create your own ...

1) library option - such as adding an image with a different text option. 

2) create your own headline - you control the size. 

3) Edit the title banner across the top of the lesson 

4) multimedia library options to have an image with a sound recording 

5) interactive --> to have the labeled graphic open up to a larger secondary image or a larger size video (not thumbnail sized) 

or the ability to create your own and to save it or add it into the block library please!
