Disable "Show Until End" as default behavior when inserting a video onto the timeline

Problem:

Inserting a video onto the timeline results in the duration of the video being extended past its runtime in cases where the video length is shorter than the timeline length. If the user does not immediately right click the video and uncheck Show Until End, the video duration will remain fixed at that duration and display the final frame of the video until the video ends on the timeline. Thereafter, it must manually be shortened to the correct length or it must be removed and reinserted onto the timeline.

Suggested Solution: 

Change the default behavior of video files to not Show Until End. I would suggest creating a setting that allows a user to indicate the default behavior for different media types as the preferred solution.
