Expanded Options for Interactive Image Hotspots

I find the white radiating borders around the hotspots to be unsuitable in some situations, particularly when an image requires lots of hotspots. When hotspots need to be placed close together, the radiating borders can overlap. They can also interfere with the visibility of elements in a technical graphic. 

My suggestion is to include additional options and some customisability (e.g. a static halo option around hotspots, the exact colour and thickness of which could be varied by the user). 

Additional hotspot requests:
1. Customisable numbered hotspots (allowing for double digits) 

2. Auto alignment options for hotspots.
