Export Recordings/Videos as GIFs in Replay
We use GIFs a lot to show navigation and functionality for different products. It would significantly improve the workflow if Replay could export recordings directly into a GIF format. Using other third-party software to convert the MP4 files is time consuming - especially when a lot of GIFs need to be created/updated.
This feature could be as simplistic as an "Export GIF" button which prompts the user to crop the video, select a save destination, and then proceed with the export.

I will add, GIF supports transparency but not all GIF-makers support transparency. If the videos ever could be exported as GIFs, please make sure they can be exported with transparency.
This feature would be very helpful. Not having this available is holding us back from using Replay for video editing, and we are looking at other solutions.
I know it's not a perfect solution, but I made a quick webapp to convert MP4s to GIFs. This runs in the browser (only developed and tested in Chrome). There are also some basic cropping, trimming, and text options. GIF Maker - Fast & Private
