Hide Placeholder Block

Thanks for adding your voice here! TriciaAmedy shared how hidden blocks could help her keep placeholders for future content, like a video that isn’t ready yet, or test different block options without showing them to learners. Loupetron also shared how this could be helpful for keeping author instructions in reusable templates while leaving them out of the published course.
Would you use hidden blocks in either of these ways, or is there another workflow where this would be especially helpful for you?
Yes, I would use hidden blocks. Most of my work revolves around software and being able to stage content would be helpful. Right now, I have to create the block in a separate course and then copy it over. It is a workaround, but it can be cumbersome. I would like to be able to create the block, hide it, and then unhide it when ready.
