Limiting Visibility of Feedback Comments - Review360
Hello DeanW,
Thanks for sharing this thoughtful suggestion! I can see how being able to control comment visibility would help you collect more independent feedback, especially when you're working with reviewers who may be influenced by others' comments.
I'd love to learn a little more about your review process:
- Is your goal to keep comments hidden until everyone has submitted their feedback, or would you prefer reviewers never see each other's comments?
- How often do you have multiple reviewers working on the same course at the same time, and how does visible feedback affect your review outcomes?
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. The additional context helps us better understand the impact on your review workflow.

Hi LucianaPiazza , thanks for replying on my thread.
It's tricky because I see the benefits of multi-user feedback being visible and sparking conversations like, "Ah, I didn't see it that way", but conversely, there is also a risk of, "Ah, the boss thinks this, so I had better think this too".
So, with regards to keeping comments hidden temporarily or permanently, I would love the option to choose this with a tick box when setting up the review. Creators can then judge the appropriate action based on their knowledge of the audience.
My current and future projects will involve multiple stakeholders, and one of them is a senior director. I feel their comments (on this project) will carry more weight and other stakeholders may agree so not to stand out.
Currently, I manage this with multiple versions of the same course sent to each person(s).- LucianaPiazza6 days agoStaff
Hello DeanW,
Thanks for the additional details. It’s especially helpful to know you’re currently managing this by creating multiple versions of the course so reviewers can provide independent feedback.
I appreciate you explaining the balance between encouraging discussion and avoiding reviewers being influenced by others. Thanks for sharing how an optional comment visibility setting could help with your review process. I've shared this context with our product team.
