List View, Data Fields and robust Filtering Options in Review 360

I'd love to see improvements to Review 360 where we have a large and growing amount of content which in its current state cannot be filtered, does not have list view, makes it difficult to find and there is no important data on review history. 

Suggested Enhancements

Add a List View Currently, content is primarily displayed as cards. While this works well for browsing a small number of items, it becomes difficult to manage larger libraries.

Please add a dedicated List View that displays content in a table format with columns.

Sortable Column Headers When using List View, all column headers should be sortable.

Dedicated Status Date Column Rather than simply showing the current status, include a separate date column indicating when that status was last applied.

For example:

This would be especially helpful when auditing content and identifying outdated projects.

 

Additional Date Fields

Review 360 captures important workflow milestones, but these dates are not currently visible from the content listing.

It would be extremely useful to have dedicated columns and filters for:

• Date published to Review 360
• Date the review was marked complete
• Date all comments were resolved or cleared
• Last updated date

Advanced Filtering

Allow users to filter content by any available field. For example, I may want to quickly find:

• All reviews published in the last 30 days
• Reviews completed this month
• Content with unresolved comments
• Content awaiting stakeholder feedback
• Older reviews that can be archived

Why This Matters

Many organisations use Review 360 to manage large volumes of content and review cycles. A List View with sortable columns, review milestone dates, and advanced filtering would make Review 360 far more effective as a content management and tracking tool, providing much better visibility of where each review sits in the lifecycle.
