Making GIFs accessible

It's so great that we can use GIFs anywhere we can use a photo. However, for some learners, GIFs are too distracting. Could we please get a pause or stop button for GIFs to make sure we can continue to use GIFs and be accessible for all learners?

    I second this! Hey - could you share where you are finding your GIFs? I haven't been able to find a good site with reliable and visually appealing GIFs yet. TIA!
