Reach 360 - Annual Refresher Function

We are looking to use Reach 360 as our organisations preferred LMS, but one functionality that is missing, and it's a key one, is to be able to set courses that require an annual refresher, to have an expiry date.

Is there a functionality that I have missed as all that I have read is a manual effort on my team's side, rather than an option we can add in.
