Scroll Triggers
I'd like to have the ability to trigger events based on the location of the scroll bar within a scroll panel (e.g., show the next button when the scroll bar reaches the bottom of the scroll panel).

This sets a SL variable with the percentage position of the scroll handle. You can trigger on variable change and check the value against whatever setting you require. You can specify which scroll panel to watch (see the comments inside the simple script).
