Storyview

When viewing a slide and Storyview is clicked (to view the entire project) the scene that the slide is in should be on the screen. This project can not be fully viewed in Storyview, and this is why I think that having the selected scene that the slide is in would be helpful. What is the determination of what part of the Storyview is shown when clicked?  Scene 19 is indicated by the arrow, but it is not included in the refreshed Storyview image.

  • Hi DavidNowlin-f8a,

Thanks so much for calling this out! I can see how helpful it would be if Story View automatically focused on the scene that contains the slide you were just working on. This would make navigating large or complex projects feel a lot smoother.

Right now, Story View does not always center on the active scene, which is why you are seeing Scene 19 fall outside the refreshed view. I’ve shared your idea with our product team because clearer, more predictable Story View behavior would make building and editing projects much easier.

If we add updates in this area, we’ll be sure to let the community know.
