Tracking Options in Rise w/ Multiple Lessons w/ Quiz

Can we add more Course Complete/Tracking options in Rise?
I have multiple lessons in various languages with the same quiz (but translated). I want the course to mark complete if they pass the quiz - - whichever quiz they chose.

Can they include these or other options?:
'when the learner completes a quiz' 
'when the learner completes a Storyline block'

Here's my scenario: I have Rise courses with a Rise quiz or a S360 block/(quiz). I have translated the English lesson and created a French lesson, Spanish lesson, etc. 

The learner selects their language from a button stack. After they complete the Rise quiz/S360 block(quiz) in their language I would like Rise course to mark complete based on 'when the learner completes a quiz' (like the tracking option in S360 ) ... so, whichever language lesson w/ quiz the learner takes - it marks complete (if passed). 

Also, if it's a S360 block(quiz) I'd like to be able to mark complete 'when the learner completes a Storyline block.'

Right now, I am currently publishing by tricking it and choosing 'Track using course completion' and calculating 33% (if I have 3 lessons), 12% if 8 lessons, etc.
