Trigger screen order change request

When adding a trigger, the action currently comes first, followed by the event. I believe it should be the other way around. This change will make working with triggers easier and more understandable. Logically, the desired action should occur when the event happens.

Therefore, the action should be in the second position, and the when should be in the first position.
