Truly Embed Storyline Blocks
I've previously raised this with Articulate support.
Storyline blocks with any media (video or audio) on the first slide will not autoplay and show a black screen with a play button. The black screen itself is not editable, so choosing a light player theme will not impact it. It works this way as web browsers prevent autoplay when media is present.
One workaround would be to add a cover photo. Go to the player settings and select a cover photo on the left-hand side. You can choose to use an image of the first slide as a cover photo.

At least it looks a little better this way! Btw this does not only occur with blocks with media, but also with slides and drag and drop interactions. But I am sure the workaround will help me here too.
