14 day Trial?
Hello, I am new to ID and to this community. Last night I downloaded articulate 360 (clicking on the 30 day trial as listed below.) I only received 14 days. I reached out to support and was told, " We've made a series of improvements and some new trials are only running for 14 days." To me, that is not an improvement, not to mention false advertising. As someone new to the field and new to articulate 360, this is extemely disappointing to receive this as a reply. I am currently in a cohort and need the FULL 30 days as advertised. I could see if I asked for a 30 day extension, and only got 14, but this is clearly false advertising to say a person can have 30 days and only receive 14. Can someone direct me to someone that can honor the 30 day trial as listed on the website, on the web, and in many ID courses and books?
How long does a free trial last?
A free trial lasts 30 days. It starts when the primary admin signs up for the trial, and it ends 30 days later at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
The trial period ends at the same time for all team members, even if they were added to the team on different days.
